Form ("we", "us", or "the app") is an AI-powered workout application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We've written it to be readable, not to bury anything in legalese.

Information we collect

When you create an account and use Form, we collect:

Account information: your email address and an encrypted password, used to create and secure your account.
Profile and fitness data: information you provide such as your training goals, experience level, equipment, age, body stats, injuries, and the workouts, programs, personal records, and body measurements you log in the app.
Workout generation inputs: the preferences and notes you submit when generating a workout, which are sent to our AI provider to create your workout.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos (unless you explicitly upload one for physique analysis), or any advertising identifiers. Form does not contain third-party advertising.

How we use your information

To create and personalize your workouts and programs.
To save your training history and sync it across your devices.
To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
To improve the app's functionality.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

AI processing

To generate workouts, the inputs you provide are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic, maker of Claude). This data is used solely to generate your workout response and is handled according to Anthropic's data policies. We do not send your email or account identity to the AI provider — only the workout-related inputs needed to create your workout.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard infrastructure (Supabase, hosted on encrypted cloud servers). Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Your rights and choices

Access and edit: you can view and edit your profile and data within the app at any time.
Delete your account: you can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly in the app under the Me tab → Delete account. This action is immediate and irreversible.
Export: contact us at the email below to request a copy of your data.

Children's privacy

Form is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
